The Study On The Construction Of Primary And Secondary Campus Football Item School In Urban Areas Of Suzhou

In the selection process of the national youth football school and the campus football pilot counties(districts)in 2015,Suzhou created 80 youth campus football item school.This paper takes the construction and development of 36 campus football schools in urban areas of Suzhou as the research object.By means of literature review,questionnaire survey,mathematical statistics,expert interviews,logical analysis and other research methods,this paper conducts the investigation and Research on the distribution of item schools,football lessen,football extracurricular activities,football training and competition,football culture and the factors affecting school construction.It objectively reflected the construction of primary and secondary campus football item school in urban areas of Suzhou.And,countermeasures were put forward according to the existing problems.The results show the existing problems:1.The construction of primary and secondary campus football item school in urban areas of Suzhou has the problem of over concentrated and unbalanced;2.They do not do well in the construction of school based teaching materials and are too "special" and "adult" in the choice of teaching content and the arrangement of teaching methods;3.Each school is uneven in the frequency of extracurricular activities;4.there are still some item schools who do not carry out campus football cultural activities,in especial building campus football information platform on the Internet need to strengthen and improve;5.There is a unreasonable “Old,middle and green” age structure on football teacher.A majority of the football teachers are short of the football skills and special training experience.The level of football coach can not meet the development of campus football in Suzhou,and also lack of referees;6.Item schools are still lack of site facilities,it needs to be furtherimproved.Sources of funding are relatively single.In view of the existing problems,the following countermeasures are put forward to solve:1.Rational planning,focusing on strengthening the construction of item schools in Wuzhong District and Xiangcheng District;2.Integrating football game into campus football teaching and training;3.Strengthening the organization of football matches in item schools,perfecting the football league system of item school;4.Increasing publicity,strengthening the construction of campus football culture;5.vigorously introducing,Intensive training,and enhancing the construction level of campus football teachers;6.Active financing,strengthening financial support;7.Eliminating hidden dangers,perfecting safeguard measures.
