Investigation And Analysis Of The Amateur Basketball Club In Tianjin

With the development of society and the improvement of people's economic living standards,People pay more attention to health and high quality of life,with particular attention to the healthy development of young people's physical and mental.This paper investigates and analyzes the present situation of the youth amateur basketball club by using the methods of literature,interview,questionnaire,mathematical statistics and logic analysis.The 1 Tianjin youth amateur basketball club coaches for professional athletes,and concentrated in the age 20-26 years old,72.5% of the coaches qualifications for bachelor degree or above,more than 1 years of coaching for the following;students ages 10-14 years old,to participate in the basketball training motivation to enrich the amateur life and personal interests.The 2 Tianjin youth amateur basketball club has 61.7% students in the training period for more than a year,the frequency for 1-2 hours a week of training,67.3% students of the class training time for 1-2 hours,there are 48%students in training time and frequency of a satisfactory attitude.3 Tianjin youth amateur basketball club funds to pay the main players,the majority of spending in order to ensure the normal training and competition.4 Tianjin youth amateur basketball club there are major dierences in material conditions,the market development of small business scope,the coaches were younger,more fluid,full-time low.5 The factors influencing the development of the youth amateur basketball club in Tianjin are mainly due to the importance of sports and education department,the imperfect internal management system and the low level of coaches.Through the above conclusions,the following recommendations:1 the introduction of specialized management personnel,improve the club internal management system and the establishment of internal institutions,while the club's hardware facilities.2 can increase the club's propaganda and visibility.3 to strengthen the club coach basketball theory knowledge of learning and skills training,while hiring more experienced,professional and integrated business ability of the coaches.4 to strengthen the sports,education sector on the youth amateur basketball club attention.5 to strengthen the rational allocation of funds to the club.6 clubs should establish cooperation with the sports department and the university.7 Develop a more reasonable training program according to the specific characteristics of the trainees.
