Fuzhou Amateur Basketball Club's Development Situation And Countermeasures

With the growing awareness of public health, more and more people to fitness as a lifestyle,there has been a good trend, a variety of health club carried out in booming. With the needs of enthusiasts and fans Fuzhou amateur basketball club was set up successfully, and achieved certain results. In this paper, Fuzhou City, part of the Amateur Basketball Club as the research object, using literature and data, interviews, questionnaire survey method, logic, analysis and statistics such as research methods, to participate in Fuzhou amateur basketball club athletes, coaches,people who is responsible for the club, amateur league staff, league audience surveys and research. Analysis of the development of Fuzhou City Amateur Basketball Club, the status quo, to explore the factors constraining their development, on this basis, combined with relevant experts, teachers, the views and my own professional knowledge and analysis to facilitate the development of Fuzhou City Amateur Basketball Club, response. This study reached the following conclusions:1.At present, each amateur basketball club as physical culture group, already within the law on society, administration and political. But for some club's head the sense of law is limited, underfunded, leading to some of amateur basketball clubs didn't register to the relevant department. So these clubs would have no real legal legitimacy.2.Superviors in Fuzhou amateur basketball clubs are founding the clubs in purpose of 'providing better exercising environment for the teens', with the longest history of 9 years and the shortest of 2 years; now, Amateur basketball clubs have covered over four districts and three counties in Fuzhou area.3.Presently, members of the amateur basketball clubs in Fuzhou are composed of physical major students in colleges and amateur basketball enthusiasts.4.At present, most coaches from the amateur basketball clubs in Fuzhou are part time workers, having certain real sports experience but lack of systematic training.5.At present, amateur basketball clubs in Fuzhou are operated by only one supervisor and with no rules and regulations designed accordingly.6.At present, amateur basketball clubs trains once or twice a week, each time takes above two hours; attending campaigns in provincial level two times every year.7.Shortage of financing and gyms for amateur basketball clubs status leads to the results that campaign expenditure are mostly form private, company sponsor, and main members are rented for the moments.8.Imperfection of gym facilities have been slowing down the passion of the audience when watching the league matches.9.Major reasons affecting the development of amateur basketball club in Fuzhou are as follows:Lack of strong support from the related physical organizations; Lack of financing and gyms; Deficient in scientific management and operating; Lack of media attention; irregular level of development; Lagging behind in professional guidance from specialized coaches; insufficient capacity in general of umpires.
