Investigation And Research On The Development Of Youth Amateur Basketball Club In Nanchang City

With the introduction of relevant policies on Sports in the country,sports have received more and more attention,and people's enthusiasm for participating in sports has been unprecedentedly high.In such a big environment,Nanchang as the capital of Jiangxi Province,the youth amateur basketball club has sprung up like bamboo shoots after the rain.More and more young people use their spare time to do basketball training,and the basketball club is developing rapidly.In this paper,the research methods of literature,field investigation,data statistics and logical analysis are used to investigate the development status of Nanchang adolescent amateur basketball club in an all-round way.The following conclusions are drawn:Development status: the distribution of club training points is uneven,mainly concentrated in the central city;there are mainly two types of individual management,individual and school cooperation;the club site facilities are mainly divided into two forms of self owned and leased,and most of the clubs are in the plight of imperfect venues and facilities;some of the functional departments of the club The system of the chapter is not clear enough;the coaches have the characteristics of low age,high degree,low degree of specialization,high mobility and low grade of professional titles.The main motivation of the participants in the training is the interest,the physical fitness and the improvement of basketball skills.The second is the pressure of the entrance examination,and the parents of the cadets support Can Jiapei.The three main motivations for training are to satisfy children's interests,improve their skills and let their children exercise.The main problems are: 1,the club department is not perfect,most of the clubs have the lack of departments;the management system needs to be standardized,and the professional level of the managers is not high.2,the site facilities are lack of security.3,coaches have large mobility and too many part-time coaches.4,staff lack training.5,the club publicity mainly through the network,leaflets,publicity means too single.Development measures: 1,every club should formulate relevant management and evaluation system according to its own actual conditions.Clubs need to invest more money in management talents to absorb high-level talents.2,to further improve the facilities of clubs,the primary problem is capital.The club should broaden the channels of capital and enrich the source of income.Dodo combined with different units or schools.3,the relevant sports departments and clubs should formulate a strict system of coaches,set strict guidelines for coaches,introduce coaches to the whole society,and make a fair and open selection of coaches.4.The club should encourage the coaches to take part in the relevant qualification examination and professional title examination,and increase the investment of the coaches,strengthen the exchangebetween the coaches,and give the coaches more display of their own style.5,the club should enrich its own means of publicity,including: actively participating in the national,provincial and Municipal Junior Basketball Games;the club is rich in interactive activities with students;more participation in community activities,social public welfare activities,and so on.
