Research On The "Olympism Of Youth Olympic" From The Perspective Of Competition Management Function

The Olympic Movement is a rare masterpiece of human society,the variety of sports’ functions are brought into play incisively.The politics,economy,culture,society,ecological civilization and other aspects in the contemporary world,the impact of Olympic Game has been far exceeded the scope of sports,the influence can’t be ignored.As the guiding ideology and the maximum program of the Olympic movement,the Olympism is the philosophy of life that can improve physique,will and spirit,and them comprehensively and balancedly.It blends sport with culture and education,create a educational impact of happy struggle and good example,and respect the way of life in basis of morality.The Olympism made sports serve for the harmonious development of man in order to promote the development of a peaceful society with the preservation of human dignity.With the advance of the International Olympic Committee,the creation of the Youth Olympic movement has added fresh vitality to the modern Olympic Movement.Youth Olympic Games will be based on youth,facing the future,convening the world’s outstanding young people in the form of competition,carrying out the learning of Olympism and the spirit in the youth.YOG shoulders the historic mission of educating young people,focusing on the harmonious development of young people’s health with body,heart and spirit by means of the distinctive cultural and educational programs,and ultimately return the essence of the Olympic spirit.From the perspective of "Olympism in Youth Olympic" of event management functions,this paper takes it as the research object,and from the two functional perspective of event planning and event organization,this article uses the method of documents,logical analysis and case analysis,researches that how to achieve the management targets of using olympism to educate the young in the Youth Olympic Games.The researching conclusion of this paper is that achieving the management aim of "Olympism in the Youth Olympic" is a continuous development process,needing theplanning functions from a commanding height and the careful organization functions,there is still large space for improvement in the management functions.This paper proposed that the projects and activities of YOG can continue to innovate,the frequency and the opportunity of it can also increase gradually,the publicity and promotion efforts should keep pace with the times,and the cost control and strict control on expenditure can be strengthened again.
