| Objective:By comparing the age of the young athletes and ordinary adolescents in different projects,And the bone age and physical development indexes of height,weight,bone mineral density correlation analysis and research,To explore the developmental characteristics of bone age of amateur youth athletes in different projects and their differences with age,And the relationship between bone age and height,weight,bone mineral density.Methods:Select Taizhou City Sports School 100 10-13 years old different project amateur youth athletes(training group),and normal school age youth(ordinary group)as the test object.First,the training group and normal group respectively for bone age film,Body height and weight and Bone mineral density test;After the bone age of film reading data input bone age assessment software,determination of bone age;According to the results of bone age assessment and physical development indexes related to bone mineral density test results were compared between the two groups,analysis and correlation analysis.Using SPSS17.0 software for statistical analysis of the test data.Results:1.Bone age of the film reading the data analysis,The mean bone age group training12.93±1.70,The average age of life was 11.81 ±1.14,The average value of bone age1.11±0.71;The wrestling bone age value1.37 + 0.55,Judo 1.30 + 0.54,free combat1.32 + 0.53,The Taekwondo project 0.78 + 0.84,fencing project 0.79±0.80.The common group mean skeletal age in adolescent 12.13±1.55,The average age of life was11.88±1.15,The average value of bone age0.24±1.03.2.Development type,The early development of training group accounted for50%,Normal development type accounted for 46%,More than ordinary group32% 、43%.The late development type accounted for 4%,Less than 25% of the normal group;There were different types of development among the training groups,Wrestling,judo and free combat are early on average,Taekwondo and fencing mean normal development.3.Different age and gender differences in developmental types,Male and female students 10 and 11 age group is a normal developmental type,12 and 13 age group of early development type,Normal group,male and female age groups were normal development type.The early development type of Boys in the training group accounted for 46%,Normal development 50%,More than of the normal group,respectively28%,46%,The late development type accounted for 4%,Less than 26% of the normal group;The early development type of Girls in the training group accounted for54%,Normal development 42%,More than of the normal group,respectively36%,40%,The late development type accounted for 4%,Less than 24% of the normal group.4.Bone density test results,The bone strength index and Z value of the Boys in the training group were 109.26±9.56,0.29±1.30,Higher than normal group96.30±7.43,-0.64±1.42;The Girls bone strength index and Z value were 107.64±9.50,0.23±1.29,Higher than normal group 96.14±7.71,-0.64±1.35.There were significant differences in bone strength index between male and female students in the training group and the normal group(P<0.05、P<0.01),Z values≥-1.The number of normal bone accounted for 92%,More than 68% of the normal group;Bone deficiency 6%,osteoporosis 2%,Were lower than 20% and 12% in the normal group.5.The results of correlation analysis,The correlation coefficient of the Training group of bone age and bone strength in male and female respectively 0.714,0.705(P<0.01),The correlation coefficients of body height and body weight with body development index were male and female respectively 0.575,0.566(P<0.01)and0.564,0.534(p < 0.01).The correlation coefficient of the Normal group of bone age and bone strength in male and female respectively 0.658,0.647(p< 0.01),The correlationcoefficients of body height and body weight with body development index were male and female respectively 0.449,0.447(P<0.01)and 0.427,0.439(P<0.01).Conclusion:1.The age of the young athletes in different projects is greater than the average age of life,The bone age is generally early development type;The project between different types of bone development,Wrestling,judo,free combat project for early development,Taekwondo and fencing are normal.2.The male and female athletes of different programs were higher than the average male and female,The development of bone age type normal growth,the number of early development were higher than the ordinary peers,The number of late development type is lower than that of ordinary peers,overall development of bone age in advance.3.The strength index of the amateur athletes of different projects is higher than that of ordinary peers,Bone type the number of people with normal bone is higher than the average,Less bone,osteoporosis than the average number of peers.4.Correlation between bone age and bone strength,body height and body weight index. |
