Research On The Present Situation And Countermeasures Of Leisure Time Management Of Primary School Students

With the implementation of the national basic education curriculum reform,"burden reduction" and other educational policies,together with the implementation of the new holiday system,the leisure time of primary and secondary school students,especially the leisure time of primary school students,is increasing.In contrast,there are some common problems of leisure time management of pupils,parents of children over relaxed requirements and lead to the formation of children "leisure time management mode as" the importance;too much attention to teachers,parents of the child's academic performance and ignore the rich children leisure activities of the contents,which led to the formation of "leisure learning standard time the management mode.How to solve such problems,and put forward reasonable countermeasures and suggestions,for optimizing the leisure time management of primary school students,and then promote the healthy growth of students has important practical significance.The rational use of leisure time on the growth of students plays a vital role in healthy leisure life is conducive to students healthy and thrive,unreasonable and healthy leisure life will bring great negative effect on the growth of.This paper uses the method of literature research,questionnaire survey,interviews and other methods,the empirical sampling survey of three primary school in Weihai Development Zone,analyzes the existing problems in the management of primary school students leisure time,and in-depth analysis of the cause of the problem existing in the current primary school students leisure time management,and puts forward some feasible suggestions.This paper consists of four parts: the first part is the introduction,mainly discusses the pupils' leisure time management background,research significance,related literature review,the definition of core concepts and research methods.The first chapter is mainly empirical investigation,questionnaire for students of leisure time management,investigation content includes "students leisure time length,parents are concerned about pupils' use of leisure time,social life of leisure time,pay attention to primary school pupils of leisure time management attention and students' leisure time management" five the dimensions of the design of the questionnaire,the specific situation of leisure time management of three primary school students in WeihaiDevelopment Zone survey and comprehensive analysis,interviews,questionnaire survey result analysis.The second chapter according to the results of the survey,expounds the existence of leisure time management in primary problems including student leisure time,leisure activity has less than a single content,the leisure life of families of students and school lack of guidance,the five aspects of public facilities,lack of students' cognitive deficiencies,and to solve the problems of the specific reasons analysis.The third chapter from the "parents,schools,society and students" four angles were put forward to improve the optimization strategies of pupils' leisure time management,mainly from the following aspects: from the perspective of parents to improve students' ability,strengthen the use of leisure time leisure time from the perspective of schools use management,rich social leisure activities,improve students self management ability.
