Moral education in junior high school is a kind of systematic,long-term,complex and arduous work,which needs efforts from many aspects.With the continuous integration of moral education in the primary and junior schools,the concept of full moral education at school has gradually been accepted by educators.As a front-line teacher,the author deeply realize that the task of moral education in junior high school is so hard that it can not be effectively achieved only one side of power.At present,under the quality of education,schools need to cultivate comprehensive talents developing fully and concern about the good moral character of students,which is also the development of students' requirements.To improve the effectiveness of the moral education in junior high school,it is important to mobilize the all of the school moral forces,find out the key aspect and achieve the composition of forces for moral education so as to promote the integration of school moral education and form the comprehensive,effective and personalized school-based moral education.This is very necessary for the promotion of students' physical and mental health as well as their comprehensive development.The "Three Combined" school-based moral education means achieving an organic combination of teaching,headteacher work and school administration by using school-based resources and means within the school to form the moral education together and solve the moral problems at school.The "Three Combined" school-based moral education is a way of school moral education as well as an idea of school moral education.The organic combination of teaching,headteacher work and school administration can wide the range of moral education,deep the level of moral education and refine the angle of moral education.The participants of this thesis are students from a junior school in Yantai.The research aims to deeply analyze the school-based moral education in junior high school from three aspects of teaching,work of head teacher and school administration.With the help of questionnaire,interviews and other research methods,the study analyzes the problems and causes of the "Three Combined" school-based moral education in junior middle school,and puts forward some pertinent suggestions on the perfection of "three combined" school-based moral education.There are three parts in the thesis.The first part introduces the reasons for the research,provides a general literature review for moral education inland and aboard,introduces the theoretical basis of "Three Combined" school-based moral education in junior middle school and gives definitions to school moral education.school-based moral education and "Three Combinations" school-based moral education.The second part introduces the theory basis of "Three Combinations" School-based Moral Education which concludes Z-theory and Moral Development Stage theory,providing theory support to "Three Combinations" School-based Moral Education.The third part analyzes the problems of the "three combined" school-based moral education in junior middle school and the reasons behind it based on the investigation and study of a middle school in Yantai.According to the analysis of the junior high school "Three Combinations" School-based Moral Education in the third part,the fourth part puts forward a series of countermeasures to improve the "three combined" school-based moral education in junior middle school such as updating the school-based moral management concept,perfecting the management system of school-based moral education,improving the implementation of school-based moral education,establishing specialized moral education management organization and scientific evaluation system of moral education,and setting up the concept of full education,among which how to make teaching,headteacher work and school administration play their respective advantages and learn from each other to form a comprehensive,distinctive school-based moral education in moral education activities is the key point.
