China is an agricultural country with a large population,rural social stability affects the stability of the whole society,in the process of development of new rural construction,not only to accelerate the development of rural economy,rural cultural construction can not be ignored,in recent years,rural education has attracted more and more attention to the state and society.Heyuan's economic development is relatively backward,the rural population is large,the phenomenon of rural left behind children is serious,and kindergartens are the best place to let these children receive formal pre-school education and train good physical and mental.Because the government management is not in place,unreasonable planning,financial investment shortage,weak teachers,backward educational philosophy and other reasons,the rural school-age children can not get a good early education.Preschool education in rural areas can not be developed,which has a bad impact on the stability and stability of rural areas.At the same time,it is difficult to achieve educational equity.Therefore,it is the inner demand of rural development and the urgent demand of developing preschool education to pay attention to preschool education in rural areas and solve the problem of children's enrollment between 3-6 years old.In this paper,based on the results of previous studies,select the Guangdong northeast Guangdong Rural Preschool Education under developed areas--Heyuan city as a typical case,according to the relevant theories of educational administration,economics and the development of rural pre-school education,the analysis of the status quo,problems and influencing factors,the investigation of rural pre-school education,collection a large number of data and statistical data of local rural preschool education in recent years,the design and the questionnaire,found the preschool education in rural areas of Heyuan city appeared such as: unreasonable layout,the admission rate is low,weak teachers,lack of financial investment,there are poor conditions,security risks,and explore the problems such as backward education idea these problems are the cause of the problem.In view of the existing problems,combined with the basic management method for the development of pre-school education,puts forward the main countermeasures and suggestions to promote the development of rural preschool education in Heyuan,such as Heyuan city to improve the rural preschool education management system,to increase investment in pre-school education,reasonable planning and layout of Heyuan rural kindergarten,strengthen rural preschool education teachers,strengthen the construction of rural culture so,hope to the development of rural preschool education in Heyuan city to make a positive sense.
