This article is a research about rural preschool education investment question. The currentpreschool education has been became a hot topic of community, because,not only it has thespecial function and effect, but also "kindergatren crunch admissi"on/’kindergarten nobleadmission "and other practical problems have seriously hindered the children that shouldenjoy the quality of preschool education. In China Especially vast rural areas, the numbers ofnursery schools, teaching conditions, and the number of teachers are dififcult to meet thegrowing needs of rural preschool education. Although the country begins to increase efforts tosupport rural preschool education, but insufficient of rural preschool education investment,not smooth of investment mechanism still exist. Therefore, how to construct the system ofrural preschool education investment mechanism under public finance, guarantee thecontinuity and stability is particularly urgent and important.This article use promoting the development of rural preschool education as the focus,make rural preschool education investment mechanism as the study of the core.Comprehensive use of qualitative and quantitative, empirical and theoretical study of combinemethods, Clarify the problem on the basis of literature research, put forward method to solvethe problem of rural preschool education. Firstly, from the theoretical point of view, analyzedrural preschool education investment mechanism of concept, product attirbutes, as well asrural preschool education investment main body. Then, from a historical perspective, reviewsthe different periods of China rural preschool education investment system on the basis of thetheory framework. At the same time select different international pre-school developmentmodel to compare and learn. On the basis use A County of Hebei Province as rural preschooleducation investment case to analysis, analyzing the facing problems and the cause of theseproblems of the current rural pre-school education investment. Finally this article put forwardfour proposals: raise understanding, aggrandizement responsibility, seize opportunity, increasefinance of preschool education funds investment; clear responsibility at all levels ofgovernment, improve the rural pre-school funding guarantee mechanism; construct reasonablecost shairng mechanism; advance legal system of rural preschool education investment.
