The Analysis Of Contemporary College Students’ Personality Cultivation Problem Under The Perspective Of Personality Psychology

Personality is one’s base of living a life.Personality molding is the internal demand of human development,but also embodies the core requirements of the education system,which includes the social education,school education and family education.The contemporary college students are in the period of social transformation,which are affected by the constant impact of the market economy,the inter-collision of multiculturalism,the constantly changing of people’s ideological concept and lifestyles.In recent years,a group of college students have suffered a lot of personality disorders which published in newspapers repeatedly.Sound personality is the cornerstone of the comprehensive development of college students,but also the premise of social and national stability and healthy and orderly development.In the field of personality psychology,using various methods of the documentation analysis,the social survey and the experience summarization synthetically,this thesis analyses the problems in the process of personality molding of contemporary college students,and draws lessons from the related theories of personality psychology and beneficial experience,to explore the shaping of contemporary college students personality in the process of emergence of various causes and put forward corresponding solutions and measures.The full text is divided into six parts.The introduction part describes the research background and significance of personality molding of college students briefly,reviews the domestic research situation of personality molding of college students,summarizes the classical theory of personality abroad,introduces the writing ideas and research methods.The second part of the personality concept and personality molding connotations were defined,and combs the content of shaping the personality,and then elaborate thetheory of personality psychology related to personality molding which includes the personality structure theory,the personality dynamic theory,the personality development theory,the personality type theory,and discusses its applicability to the shaping of contemporary college students’ personality.In the third part,according to the data analysis in self-made questionnaire and conference feedback of specific people,this paper summarizes the positive personality characteristics of contemporary college students and the prominent personality molding problems in the contemporary university students personality shaping.The fourth part mainly analyzes the causes of the problems which appeared in the molding of college students’ personality from the perspective of personality psychology,and there are four causes in total,including social environment factors,the imperfection of college students’ personality shaping system in college education,the multi-factor impacts in family education and the self-development of contemporary college students.According to the causes analysis,the fifth part puts forward the corresponding ways and countermeasures of cultivating college students’ healthy personality,such as positive and healthy social atmosphere should be created,and the personality cultivation of college students should be attached great importance to in colleges,the environment for the personality shaping of college students should be optimized in families,the consciousness of the personality cultivation of contemporary college students should be strengthened.The sixth part is the conclusion of this paper,I carry out the summary of whole dissertation and put forward the shortcomings of this research.
