Interactive Research On University Educational Administration Management System Based On User Experience

With the rapid development of Internet technology,computer networks have become a powerful driving force in social and economic development.The use of network technology to improve the level of educational administration in colleges and universities to build a double first class university,in order to comprehensively improve the quality of school teaching,teaching level has far-reaching significance.In recent years,China's higher education more and more tend to mass education model,college enrollment so that the n-umber of students in the emergence of a sharp increase,and thus to the management work has brought great pressure but also increased the burden on managers,Education management work,with the sharp increase in the amount of data how to effectively use the limited teaching resources,improve the efficiency of management,so that the standardization of information management,scientific business and data and convenient information query,has become a modern educational management level The core of the improvement.This paper is based on the implementation of the project management system of our hospital,the whole process of participation in the development of the system.This paper studies the educational management system from the perspective of user experience,and explores the demand of the educational administration system for the users through the description of user characteristics,function description and demand description.This combination of user needs and system development,design and development to meet the user experience of the college educational administration system.This research includes the following aspects:1.This paper summarizes the development course of educational administration system in colleges and universities and summarizes the design flaws in the educational administration system of our university.2.Using the user interview method,the questionnaire survey method of the user groups to conduct a sample survey,so as to accurately locate the user base3.The user experience is summarized,summed up the development proces s of user experience at home and abroad.Explores the needs of the user exper ience and analyzes the various factors that affect the user experience.Through the preliminary research results,the user experience model is established,the u ser experience behavior mode is analyzed and the experience evaluation is sum marized.4.Analyzes the process mode of educational administration in colleges and universities,summarizes the user needs in educational administration,and esta blishes the system function model.5.In order to solve the problems existing in our educational administratio n system,this paper puts forward the design principles and methods of the ed ucational administration system of the university from the perspective of user e xperience and the analysis of the people.6.Based on the above research results applied to our school electromechanical college educational administration,the development of a mechanical and electrical college with the characteristics of the educational administration system.
