Higher Vocational Colleges bear the heavy responsibility of highly qualified technical personnel,who have skills in modern professional technology and good ethics and sustainable development.On the one hand,the Vocational Training College need to lay emphasis on high skills,which depends on professional skills education to achieve,on the other hand they should emphasize high-quality,which depends mainly on humanities education to achieve.Curriculum is the carrier of education,bearing the concepts of Education.Humanistic Education is designed to cultivate the "spirit" of student,and school-based curriculum is a viable option for Humanistic Education Course System of Higher Vocational Education.Considered its necessity and importance of humanities education courses in vocational colleges,with limited curriculum resources and limited hours of real-world conditions,school-based curriculum could be alternative ways of development humanistic education curriculum because its unique advantages.Vocational Humanistic Education in Higher Vocational College based curriculum is to develop and enhance students 'cultural qualities,for the implementation of humane education to enhance students' cultural qualities and by the multi-stakeholder participatory design courses.Based on the current situation of Vocational College Humane Education curriculum,this article describes some problems which the Vocational Humanistic Education Courses facing,for example,Liberal Curriculum structure consisting of a lack of diversity,humanistic education curriculum lessons irrational time distribution,and inflexibility diverse forms of organization courses.These problems reflect the development of Higher Vocational Humanities Education School Curriculum is in urgency.In addition,the experience of Humanistic Education curriculum development in General Universities and some practice of school-based curriculum in China Vocational Colleges provide practical experience for higher vocational colleges.From the theoretical perspective,the construction of the humanities-based curriculum in higher vocational colleges has its theoretical support.Clearly,theoretical basis for Humane Education and Vocational Colleges realistic basis,the article pointed out that take the factors of Humanities Education in Higher Vocational Schools and existing conditions into consideration,the systematic,uniquecharacter,diversity,and students-centered development principles should be complied.In accordance with school-based curriculum development procedures,the school need to update the update the concept of curriculum,build the resource base of school-based curriculum of humanities education,establish the leadership and organization mechanism of curriculum development and upgrade the professional level of teachers,and construct the humanistic education curriculum which reflects the characteristics of school and meets the development needs of students.This is a viable strategy for Humane Education in Higher Vocational schools.
