In1999, with the development of education reform, the ministry of education issued the central committee of the communist party of China, the state council on deepening education reform and comprehensively promote quality education decision clearly pointed out:adjustment and reform curriculum, structure, content, create a new basic education curriculum, curriculum pilot countries, place curriculum and school curriculum. Later the ministry of education on the foundation education course reform outline (try out) pointed out clearly in the implementation of national, local and school three-level curriculum management system, and it’s security policy based on the development of school-based curriculum.This paper mainly studies the three-level curriculum system of school-based curriculum, through to the domestic and foreign research present situation of carding is proposed on the basis of geographical discipline of the development of school-based curriculum theory knowledge, mainly from the classification of the geography school-based curriculum, geography school-based curriculum development tasks, the meaning of geography school-based curriculum development, development principles, etc. Aimed at the problem in the process of the school-based curriculum development, and in this article, through a questionnaire survey the way survey middle school teachers’understanding of school-based development, as well as the problems in the development process.One of the characteristics of the school characteristic refers to a distinct style, this style of running to all the teachers and students recognition and the characteristics of internalized into all aspects of school life. School-based curriculum is the basic factors and the important way to create characteristics, this paper will create and characteristic school geography school-based curriculum development, through the analysis of the clock zhuang middle school "life" characteristic on the basis of the development of geography school-based curriculum, put forward on the basis of the characteristics of school geography school-based curriculum development of the basic flow.
