In the early twenty-first Century,a new round of basic education curriculum reform began in China.This reform pays attention to the transformation of students' learning styles,encourages students to take an active part in teaching,and pays more attention to the cultivation of students' practical ability and innovative spirit.The theme of "Participatory" teaching is consistent with the requirements of basic education curriculum reform,and the implementation of effective "Participatory" teaching is an important measure to achieve the goal of basic education curriculum reform.Since 2016,the name of the beginning grade of compulsory education "moral and moral" is changed into "morality and the rule of law",and the course has been changed in the name and teaching material.The implementation of Participatory Teaching in the course of morality and rule of law can better change teachers' teaching methods and meet the requirements of basic education curriculum reform.This research is divided into four parts,namely the introduction and the first,second,third chapter,which introduces the issue of the subject,the present situation of the research at home and abroad,the significance,the purpose and the method of the study,and shows that this study tries to innovate from two aspects,and mainly expounds the concept,characteristics and morality of the teaching of reference.The characteristics of the course with the rule of law and the value of "Participatory" teaching on the value of the course of morality and the rule of law,the promoting factors and restrictive factors in the implementation of "Participatory" teaching,and the analysis of the questionnaire and the results of the questionnaire,find the present situation and existence of "Participatory" teaching in the course of "Dao De and the rule of law" Under the principle of adhering to the principles of the times,the main and the effectiveness of the students,guided by the concept of "Participatory" teaching cooperative learning,the teaching of morality and the rule of law is carried out in class by the method of group discussion.This study initially puts forward the concrete implementation method of "Participatory" teaching which accords with the reality of middle school students and the course of "morality and rule of law".
