Research On The Current Situation And Countermeasures Of The Training Of Academic And Professional Postgraduate Students Of Physical Education

In view of the current situation of sports academic and professional postgraduate training in Henan University,this paper responds to the call for transformation of academic postgraduate education to academic and professional postgraduates.Study on the sports academic type and students enrollment,training objectives,curriculum setting,teacher guidance and other aspects of training situation,find out the problems in the training,put forward practical and feasible countermeasures,is conducive to the overall improvement of sports postgraduates training quality,provide theoretical support and basis for the sustainable development of cultivating sports talents the.This paper uses literature,survey,logic and mathematical methods to study the current situation of sports academic and professional postgraduate training.The main conclusions are as follows:First,in the aspect of enrollment,we can give full play to the right of teachers' choice through re examination,and do professional and field examination for academic postgraduates and professional postgraduates.Second,The training objectives can be classified according to the characteristics and requirements of the academic master's graduate students and the professional master graduate students.Third,in the curriculum,for the study of sports academic postgraduate students of different majors and the corresponding special subject theory,for students specialized courses,according to the different degree type,different professions and fields of students take classes teaching.Fourth,in the guidance of tutors,tutors can perform their duties well and ensure the smooth progress of the work of students' degree papers.Professional master graduate students have the full guidance of lack of professional tutors.Fifth,through training,academic postgraduates have the ability to work in sports related fields,such as teaching,scientific research and management.Professional postgraduates have the abilities of physical education,sports training,competition organization and social sports guidance.In view of the problems existing in the training of academic and professional postgraduate students,the following suggestions are put forward:First,improve Sports Postgraduates working methods recommended exemption;optimization of Sports Postgraduates through examination test subject;to strengthen the propaganda of sports professional degree admissions unit.Second,we should improve the training objectives of Sports Postgraduates and professional postgraduates,and clearly indicate the direction and characteristics of training.It embodies the characteristics of academic degree training,management and research talents,professional degree training teachers,coaches and social sports instructors.Third,we should promote the reform and improvement of sports academic postgraduate courses and teaching,and speed up the construction of a relatively independent and practical sports professional postgraduate curriculum system.Fourth,conscientiously study and implement the regulations and management methods of national or school graduate training for sports majors,and actively promote the full implementation of professional tutors of sports professional postgraduates.
