The training plan is a blueprint for postgraduate education and is a description and design of the training process and method of professional talents.It is the main basis for carrying out training programs and work plans for postgraduates and is the basic guideline for all postgraduate training programs.The scientific nature of postgraduate training programs is directly related to the quality of high-level personnel training.Therefore,in the formulation of training programs,it is particularly necessary to emphasize the training of curriculum and practice links,promote the healthy development of professional graduate student training programs,and further optimize the integration of universities' training program.The master's degree in physical education is a new thing in Henan Province and its training starts late,which leads to the phenomenon between a master's degree in physical education master's program of graduate and social dislocation,affects the development of sports in Henan Province,delays the training speed of high-level sports talent in Henan Province.Therefore,this article makes a comparative study on the training programs for master degree majors of physical education in colleges and universities in Henan Province and finds out the differences among colleges and universities in order to propose some suggestions for training programs based on their differences.The research object of this paper is the training program of PE Master's degree in four universities of Zhengzhou University,Henan University,Henan Normal University and Xinyang Normal University.The paper uses the methods of literature review,investigation,mathematical statistics and comparative analysis to compare the training objectives,training methods,training years,curriculum settings,assessment methods,graduation thesis of the sports master professional degree graduate training program.The conclusions are as follows:(1)The generality of the postgraduate training program in Henan general colleges and universities is more common than the difference,and the correlation between the indexes is high,but it lacks the special characteristics of the professional training,which is approved by the graduate students.(2)Xinyang Normal University requires training objectives to achieve specific digital management and train its own "two pairs,five modules and three certificates".The College of physical education of Henan University requires graduate students to have a strong ability to apply modern scientific theories and methods to solve practical problems of sports,and requires postgraduates to determine 2-3 research directions after admission.(3)At present,Henan University and Xinyang Normal University still have 2 year training.The elective courses offered by Zhengzhou University are mostly 1 credits,and more than 2 credits are Henan University.Zhengzhou University wants to increase the practice arrangements of rural middle schools in practice bases,and also requires high-level athletes to practice the practice of teaching in schools.(4)In view of the optimization of the training program,we should actively implement the dual tutor system,increase the practice base,improve and improve by feedback information,and focus on the cultivation of diversified and innovative talents.We should promote the comprehensive cooperation between universities and government and enterprises,establish joint training mode,and promote the construction of practical ability training module for characteristic professional degree postgraduates.
