Study On The Management Of Preschool Education In Shanwei,Guangdong

Preschool education is an important part of basic education.It lays a solid foundation for the future development of human life,and it is also an important symbol of the development of education in a country.All along,the market oriented preschool education development varies greatly.In the past five years,the state has promulgated many policies related to preschool education,and the development of preschool education tends to be more and more standardized.All of these indicate that the development of preschool education can not be separated from the effective guidance of the government.Shanwei is a relatively backward area of social and economic development,and the development of education lags behind other areas of Guangdong province.The research on Shanwei City preschool education management as the research object,the research methods of literature research and interviews with the study of preschool education management in Shanwei city from four dimensions,namely the construction of Shanwei City,the relevant functional departments of the preschool education basic planning,public parks,private kindergarten teachers and management.Through the investigation of the current situation of preschool education in Shanwei,this paper explores the problems existing in the management of preschool education in Shanwei,and puts forward some corresponding suggestions and countermeasures.In recent years,although the development of preschool education in Shanwei has made some achievements,such as the number of kindergarten garden increased,the number of children in kindergarten increased year by year,the preschool teachers team also expanded rapidly.But the overall situation is not optimistic,there are many problems behind the seemingly development.From there the preschool education management problem in Shanwei,one is the administrative department of education in preschool education,the consciousness of "Marginalization";two is the administrative department of education to the nursery garden layout is reasonable;the three is the preschool education management system is not perfect;four is the preschool teachers team construction should be strengthened;the five is the local government finance a serious shortage of investment in pre-school education.Therefore,it is necessary to develop preschool education in Shanwei and improvethe efficiency of relevant departments in the management of preschool education.First of all,the government must pay attention to preschool education from the consciousness level,clarify the government responsibility,and perfect the supervision system of preschool education.Secondly,we must strengthen the construction of public garden and private garden management,to continuously improve the proportion of public garden;from the macro level to strengthen the management of private garden,and actively support the development of private garden.Thirdly,we should strengthen the construction of preschool teachers,improve the professional quality of preschool teachers,carry out regional teacher training,expand training coverage,and strengthen business guidance.Finally,the government should increase the investment in the management of preschool education.
