Since the?Outline of national medium long-term plan for education reform and development(2010-2020)"?has been announced and imposed ",Chinese government attaches great importance and involves all department to fulfill the responsibility to develop the pre-school education,and to formulate a variety of policies actively and increase investment to promote preschool education,to ensure preschool education development in a healthy and rapid way,to make every school-age children could enjoy the pre-school education resources.Up to now.Both penetration and quality of China's preschool education has been promoting along with the implementation of the three-year action plan.However,preschool education is still a weakness of China's preschool education has been promoting along with the implementation of the three-year action plan.basic education system and faces many problems.This article uses XianTao city government responsibility in the development of preschool education as the research subject.This article analyzes the necessity and obligation of government fulfillment in the development of pre-school education by questionnaire investigation,interview,and analyzes the results of government obligation fulfillment and existing problems as well,and analyzes the problems intensively,which provides special suggestions to help government play an better role in preschool education,to promote the development of pre-school education in a healthy way.
