Research On Campus Cultural Construction Of Normal Vocational Colleges In Fujian Province Under The "Micro" Era

The "micro" lifestyle led by "micro" culture,like micro-blog,WeChat,micro film,micro payment,has gradually become the main trend of campus life.While "micro"culture has become a cardinal form of culture,how to launch the construction of high-quality campus culture has become a problem faced by school administrators.The construction of campus culture has always been an important aspect of the connotation construction of colleges in the new era.As a tie connecting the campus and the society,it bears the dual responsibilities of internal penetration and external communication.As a trainer of faculties for national fundamental education,higher vocational nonnal schools still face multipronged challenges although their construction of campus culture has undergone extensive development.Based on the author' s experience of practical work,this thesis is focused on how higher vocational normal schools in Fujian province should implement the construction of campus culture reasonably by adapting to the "micro"culture.This thesis probes into features of campus culture of higher vocational normal schools in Fujian province with an empirical study which includes theoretical carding,literature researches,field study and questionnaire.Relevant documents on "micro”culture and colleges campus culture are collected extensively to laid a theoretical foundation for this thesis.Besides,through a questionnaire survey to some teachers and students in Fujian preschool education college,Minjiang vocational normal college and Quanzhou preschool education college,more real information is gained to analyze the influence the "micro" culture has put on construction of campus culture of higher vocational normal schools in Fujian province.Combined with their practical situation,a new path on campus culture construction is put forward that we should guide the construction of campus culture by adhering to the ideological orientation,promote the rapid integration of campus media by improving the institutional guarantee,strengthen personalized construction of carriers of "micro" culture on the campus by advancing with the times and motivate the scientific development of campus culture with innovative thinking.
