Study On Parent-child Relationship Of Long-distance Fire Fighters Couple With Structural Family Therapy Model

Fire commanders is the party and the state attaches great importance to the group,but because of their work have special nature,keep tension for a long time,and with the extent of the disaster scene situation change changes rapidly,some long-distance fire fighters couple after long time on duty to return to family,the family life contradictions appear,and even family structure disorders.The parent-child relationship is an very important part of the interactive relationship.If the parent-child relationship is not good,it is likely to restrict the harmonious development of the family,and also have a negative impact on the physical and mental health development of family members.Based on this,in order to further enhance the parent-child relationship between long distance fire fighters and their children,this paper explores the parent-child relationship between the families of long-distance fire fighters in different places.In this paper,the family system theory and structured family treatment model for the theory support,combined with the long-distance fire fighters couple for a long time no way to return to the family,the formation of parent-child alienation,parent-child conflict relationship,using in-depth interview,participatory observation methods,phased orderly interventional research.In the construction stage of entering family and expanding family,the author first establishes a trust relationship with family members,so as to facilitate the access to relevant information such as interaction mode,family rules and other information among family members.In the stage of evaluating the family structure and making the intervention plan,the related factors causing the parent-child relationship problems were analyzed and the service plan was formulated.In the stage of breaking the old balance and rebuilding the family structure,the corresponding skills are used to help family members realize the root of the problem,find the existence of unreasonable family rules,and make corresponding adjustments and changes to establish a new family rules and communication mode.Finally,through the application of new family rules and communication modes,to help the children and family members to rebuild a good and positive family relations.By evaluating and summarizing the whole service process,it is concluded that casework has a good effect in improving the parent-child relationship,and the relevant concept of structured family treatment model has applicability for adjusting family problems.At the same time,through this practice,this paper discusses the shortcomings and advantages of the structured family treatment model in the localization process respectively,and puts forward corresponding suggestions.
