The Research Of Guidance Service On Family Education In Public Out-school Educational Institutions

After over 60 years of development,out-school education has made great progress on both sites construction and services activities implementation,it has been gradually institutionalized and systematized.At the same time,family education guidance service is left with problems like lack of institutions,lack funds,lack of talent and many other issues,so that various supports is needed.To explore and utilize the resources of existing educational institutions and to expand the service functions of out-school educational institutions are effective ways to solve the current shortage of family education instructional sites and the shortage of professionals.In the construction of family education guidance service system in our country,out-school educational institutions have their unique functions and values and should become the family education guidance service bases which is based on family education research,takes parent-child activities as the core and personal guidance as the focus.It is an important force for enriching and improving the modern family education guidance service system and promoting and improving the basic family education public service.Through the questionnaire survey of 23 public out-school educational institutions in 15 provinces and the field investigation of a Children's Palace in Beijing,the paper analyzes the reason why the public out-school educational institutions carry out the family education guidance service,clarifies the role and orientation of public out-school educational institutions in the family education guidance service system in our country,and describes the status quo of family education guidance services by the public out-school educational institutions,analyzes the parents' demand for family education guidance service,and discusses the problems and deficiencies existing in the public out-school educational institutions in carrying out family education guidance services.Proposes to build the family education guidance service system of out-school educational institutions from the top-level design;the specific implementation should be based on the survey of family characteristics and the needs of parents,to carry out content-rich,diversified and targeted family education guidance service activities;to guide the construction of service teams to strengthen communication with parents,to promote understanding,pay attention to infiltration,expansion and promotion,the formation of the force of home and school,so as to promote the public education institutions to carry out the family education service research and practice.Both out-school education and family education are important parts of our education.Providing education services for family education by public out-school educational institutions is a powerful move to implement the important instructions of General Secretary Xi Jinping on "paying attention to family,focusing on tutoring and paying attention to family style",meantime it is of positive significance to promoting the progress of our family education guidance service and promoting the development of public out-school educational institutions.
