"Children’s Palace Of Rural Schools" In Guizhou Province From The Perspective Of Quality Education Research On The Current Situation Of Sports Activities

Quality education since the late 1990 s,has become the mainstream of 21 st century education development,promote people’s physical and mental harmony and combination of "moral,intellectual,physical,the United States" all-round development of education,the years of the party and the state has always attached great importance to advance and development of quality education,and put forward the basic strategy to full implementation of quality education is to adhere to the region to promote comprehensive quality education.At present,the quality education of rural juveniles in China is still in the primary stage.Optimizing the places for rural juveniles to take part in extra-curricular sports activities,adding extra-curricular sports activities and enriching extra-curricular sports activities are conducive to further accelerating the comprehensive quality education of rural juveniles.In 2011,the central civilization office,ministry of finance,the ministry of education to use "special funds" in guizhou province to implement the construction of "rural school children’s palace" by 74,its implementation to rural minors provides more opportunities to participate in extracurricular activities,to further promote the comprehensive development of quality education,physical activity is the important content of "rural school children’s palace" project,to implement and complete the function of "rural school children’s palace" has vital role and mission.This research adopts the methods of literature,questionnaire,mathematical statistics,interview,field investigation and logical analysis to investigate the sports activities of 22 "children’s palaces in rural schools" in 9 prefectures(cities)of guizhou province.The problems encountered in the development of "children’s palace in rural schools" were found,and some practical Suggestions were put forward.The results show that: 1.Guizhou province "rural school children’s palace" sports activities in the promotion of rural education level,optimize the pattern and structure of extracurricular physical education,promote quality education and other aspects of outstanding and worthy of recognition.2.Guizhou province rural school children’s palace "sports activities in teaching equipment,equipment,management system,capital investment,active content,activity promotion,left-behind children attention there are problems,and finally on the basis of the advanced experience of other province and the existing problems put forward the following Suggestions: 1.To strengthen the construction of teaching staff,the implementation of incentive mechanism.2.Improve the management system to ensure effective implementation.3.Increase capital investment to crack the hardware bottleneck.4.Strengthen the content of activities and highlight the local characteristics.5.Strengthen publicity,attach importance to safety education,and improve activity participation rate.6.Pay attention to special groups and left-behind children.
