Since our country put the second child fertility policy,the birth of the second child's family increased,reproduction once become a hot topic of research.In fact,children with mental retardation family reproductive situation already have,however,there are few studies on the families of children with mental retardation.Mainly focused on the reproduction of the situation statistics and follow-up,reproductive risk clinical research,and less concerned about the mentally retarded children and normal children coexist family.There are also many researches on family education at home and abroad,most of our studies on the concept of family education in China involve normal children or families of special children,involve he mentally retarded children and normal children coexist family's research even less.Compared with our country,foreign countries pay more attention to family education,there are specialized family policy management institutions and parent training,in the family education to respect the child's will and rights.In order to better serve such special families,researchers focused the family education concept,using the questionnaire and interview method,use self-compiled questionnaire "the family planning concept of reproductive education",and choice the families of 10 special education schools in Sichuan Province,investigated for 50 families with the first child was mental retardation and second children as normal children.Five of them were interviewed and collected by collation to understand the fertility of such families and the impact of factors,the similarities and differences of family education.This paper starts from four aspects: the concept of talent,the concept of kindergarten,the concept of parent and child,and the concept of children's education,the method,the content,the behavior,the difficulty and the problem in the education process.The results show that the family education concept of children with mental retardation and normal children in Sichuan Province is affected by the willingness and risk of reproduction;the cultural level of parents;family economic level;social view;national welfare policy and so on.The results of his family education view are summarized as follows:1.Parents have lower academic expectations for children with mental retardation,and the distribution of expenditure on education economy and time is uneven.2.Parents lack of children with independent personality awareness,hinder the child's autonomy to play,that the mentally retarded children and normal children coexist family situation on the child's education and development problems is both pros and cons.3.Parents in the treatment of two children's education concept there are significant differences,more parents will spend time on normal children,the child's specific contradictions in the treatment and distribution of materials tend to equitable distribution,daily exchange based on equal exchange.4.Parents are generally aware that the most important role in family education should be "parents" both sides,but in real life,education and care of children tend to be the mother as the main responsibility.5.There is a lack of professional knowledge and methods in family education,there is not enough time and patience,family members do not agree on the issue of education.Education information access channels are more,but mainly rely on schools.Therefore,this study suggests that the government should increase the financial subsidy for families;Society and the family should be fully concerned about and interpret the national welfare policy;Parents and school to work together to develop children's long-term growth plan;Teachers should seriously bring education into the home;Psychology-related professionals to regularly communicate and psychological counseling to parents.From various aspects to support and help the family to improve their family education.
