Comprehensive talent is the core force of enterprise development and innovation.Therefore,it has become the consensus of the business community to improve the comprehensive ability of the employees.At present,the enterprise internal training system can not fully meet the needs of enterprises of high-quality personnel training,virtual practice simulation to the application of information technology for the essential characteristics,to meet the requirements of information age,which provides a good platform and resource for employees independent inquiry learning.In this environment,the virtual practice system comes into being.Virtual practice training system can effectively help employees to learn professional knowledge again,solve the problems of talent training in enterprises,and help enterprises improve their comprehensive strength.Virtual practice training system is divided into teachers and students,teachers as teacher's system directly users mainly design and development virtual practice courses to help employees and students to learn new knowledge.This topic(Optimization design and implementation of rapid development tool for virtual practice course based on visual input)is the research on the design and optimization of the development tool for rapid development of virtual practice training curriculum system,this paper analyzes some difficulties that the teachers face in curriculum development,and briefly describes the method,purpose,and the significance of this research,and the theoretical basis of the research.Then the paper describes the overall design of virtual practice course tool for rapid development,which relates to the development and application's technology description,the important content is the system optimization of virtual practice course rapid development tools,including the REST architectural style of the system,client and server data connection interface,interactive and visual display,and the security and user rights of the system.Finally,the network test and operation of the system ha've been realized,and the feasibility of the design scheme is verified.The virtual practice system in this paper includes several modules:user login module,user management module,virtual experimental course design and development module,course management module,video display module,message board module and so on.The system is under the mode of B/S REST architecture based on Web service,technical application including Spring MVC,Hibernate,MySQL,data interaction technology is used in the current popular Jquery framework for Ajax asynchronous loading of Json data,through the above technologies to improve the users' experience and system maintainability.The teacher's curriculum design and development of this system is mainly based on the theory of finite state automata,mainly through the definition,transfer and record of curriculum state to finish the rapid development of curriculum.The rapid development tools of the virtual practice course described in this paper basically achieve the high simulation of the equipment experiment,and the course developer does not have a certain programming ability,greatly improving the speed and efficiency of the development of Virtual Practice Course.
