| Purpose:To find out the optimal group among three kinds of cluster sets in terms of power output by comparing three different cluster sets and traditional set of post-neck squatting exercises,in order to provide a better method for further strength training and practice.It also finds ways and means to replace traditional training for platform states of strength.Methods: A total of 12 male students with strength training experience in Beijing Sport University were selected as subjects.According to the random drawing order before the experiment,different forms of post-neck squatting were performed:traditional set(TS),repeat the exercise 3 times with intermission of 2 minutes,which is a 12 times squatting in 60%1RM;basic cluster set(BCS),repeat the exercise 3times with intermission of 2 minutes,which is a 12 times squatting in 60%1RM with30 seconds break;rest time redistribution set(RR),repeat the exercise 3 times with intermission of 90 seconds,which is a 12 times squatting in 60%1RM with 30 seconds break;Equal Work to Rest Ratio(EWR)perform 36 times squatting in60%1RM with 7 seconds break;the mean power(MP),mean velocity(MV),peak power(PP),peak velocity(PV)and peak force(PF)were measured during the test.The above four basic forms of training were compared to the t-value and one-way ANOVA to compare the above indicators of different training sets.Results: the results showed that there were significant differences in MP(P=0.000<0.001)、 MV(P=0.000<0.001)、 PP(P=0.001<0.01)、 PV(P=0.000<0.001)of the three kinds of cluster sets compared with the traditional set,but there were no significant difference among the three cluster sets.Conclusion: 1.In this study,three different cluster sets have obvious advantages in strength training compared with the TS,and three kinds of clustering structure can make the squat practice producing a higher output power.2.In this study,the comparison of the three different cluster sets,with the tolerance condition,the output time of the average power is RR better than EWR in the distribution group,and EWR is better than BCS.3.In this study,In the comparison of the three different sets,EWR is better than the RR in the average velocity,and RR is in the distribution group because of BS.4.In this study,the comparison between the three different cluster sets is that the output of total power is RR,EWR and BCS under the tolerance condition. |
