It is about80%of the information through the humans’s eyes to brains of the outside world, and then further information processing. So with that being said the way to get information largely depends on the vision. It’s more important for the Hearing impaired people to Acquiring and processing of the visual information. The hearing impaired people are greater depend on visual than the average man for because they are accepts less than auditory information. So, whether the hearing impaired visual ability will be strengthened? Lot’s of research by our predecessors, the’defect hypothesis’and ’compensation hypothesis’ both are supported by a large number of experimental studies. Although, the research for the hearing impaired’s visual ability is endlessly. But most study is focus on the spatial dimension. The study of the visual ability form the time dimension is bit. Hence, this study is base on Attentional Blink, and Rapid Serial Visual Presentation(RSVP) with an entry point, survey research the same and differences between the hearing impaired people and healthy people from the time dimension.Through the use of different experimental materials and different emotional stimuli system to study visual processing characteristics of the deaf from the time dimension. This study including three experiments:one is select some texts as material, using three emotional stimuli ways include neutral, positive and negative, and using the RSVP in time dimension inspection of the similarities and differences between the deaf people and normal subjects visual search processing, as well as for writing material for processing of the deaf, the feelings of three emotional stimuli preference. The results show that:whether it is neutral, positive, negative emotions, deaf people’s scores were significantly lower than normal people, it does not appear better than normal visual ability. At the same time, the deaf in visual processing priority when selecting negative emotional stimuli. The second experiment is choose pictures as the experimental material to visual processing of the deaf. It’s found under the picture processing of neutral and positive emotions, deaf people have shown no better than normal search and processing capacity, but the deaf to negative emotional stimuli produce priority processing characteristics. The last experiment, material substitution for face, also can use neutral, positive and negative emotional stimuli to visual perception ability of the deaf, the results show that the deaf showed better than normal subjects face search and processing capacity. At the same time, the experiment of three further illustrates the deaf for negative emotional stimuli that contain threat information processing preferences.Integrated three experimental study show that:firstly, the deaf visual impairment compensation is conditional, not all cases of visual search processing capacity of the deaf is better than that of normal subjects. Secondly, the deaf will give preference containing threats to negative emotional stimuli under three kinds of emotional stimuli.Thirdly, the deaf image search processing capacity is more superior to text search processing capacity. Finally, the deaf for face search and processing faster and more accurate than normal.
