The role of teacher is based on the role learning of many social relations,and the teacher,through reflection and processing,gathers many teacher roles in his own mind,namely the teacher role cluster.Teachers' role and identity,is refers to the individual teacher working environment in the professional role expectations and the reality facing the actual role of comprehensive comparison and analysis,understanding,experience and cognitive process."Teachers" ability with enthusiastic and dependable attitude involved in the rural education,rural education to bring fresh vitality and enough energy which depends largely on the "teachers" can quickly adapt to their teacher's role and identity.However in the practical work of "teachers" especially for those in the novice teacher stage in terms of "teachers",there is an obvious role conflict,for his career in the tired feeling,even halfway to change professions and so on situation and problems,if further thought this,then reflect rural "teachers" the stability of the whole team is weak,the overall level and quality of teaching is not higher practical problems.Therefore,to analyze and probe into the cause of these phenomena,will begin from "teachers" subjective about whether the role identification,through the present phenomenon,reasons of proposed some solution and promote the "teachers" role identification method and the suggestion.This research mainly USES the method of narrative research stereoscopic display,teachers real professional condition,the paper "teachers" role identity dimensions of liaoning province,the particularity of "teachers" role,and "teachers" in character recognition,the problems of discussion and analysis of "teachers" role,the causes of identity crisis and promote the liaoning province countermeasures of "teachers" role identification.In order to improve the "teachers" to their professional roles,esteemed stability "teachers" team,promote more good reason for "teachers" college graduates,is willing to contribute to the development of rural education.
