Study On Urban Ancient Street Culture

From the existing literature,Old Street is the inheritance and extension of the earlier proposed historical sites,historical and cultural protected areas and other related concepts.Based on the understanding of scholars and personal thinking,the street is defined as "a very rich preservation of cultural relics,a concentrated history building,can be relatively complete,objective and truly reflect the traditional pattern and historical style and features,and has a certain scale of area." Looking at the study of urban streets in the academic field,the existing achievements mostly start from tourism,architecture,planning and other disciplines to explore the tourism development,spatial layout and planning and design of old streets.Few from the cultural point of view of the streets to describe and trace,activation and freeze grid.Street culture,that Street residents in the streets of space,in order to meet the demand,with the accumulation of history and create different forms of complex.Culture is the core factor influencing the rise and fall of old streets.It has notable positive functions:one is engraving of urban memories and highlighting local features;the other is the implication of social norms and reshaping cultural identity;and the third is to accumulate cultural resources and boost economic prosperity.This paper chooses bozhou beiguan old street as a case,along with the cultural reality of the old street in bozhou beiguan,the cultural dilemma of the old street in beiguan,the reason of the dilemma,and the idea of the countermeasure proposal is carried out.Study on north commissioner old street and system analysis,analysis of the history of north commissioner old street culture texture and describe its reality,analyses typical problems of the old street culture,how to through the old town protection and development in order to achieve urban local culture and heritage issues to discuss.In particular,the reality of the old street in beiguan has the following characteristics:first,the old street is rich in culture.Second,the old street culture is diverse.Third,the old street culture image is far-reaching.there are some problems in the culture of Beiguan Old Street:the old buildings suffer from the double destruction of "constructive" and "protective";The traditional craft followed by the lack of people;residents cultural memory fuzzy;Residents cultural awareness of protection is low;Residents alienated;Inheritance of cultural heritage aging.Based on the analysis of the case of Beiguan Old Street in Bozhou,this article attempts to ascend from the personality to the commonality,and discusses the common reasons and solutions of the existing culture in Old Street from the perspective of nation-market and society.The reasons for the existing culture in the streets are extremely complicated:at the national level,the policies and regulations are not sound,the positioning of old streets is dislocated,the functions of administrative departments are crossed,and the cultural identity crisis is the main reason.From a social perspective,social stratification in the process of social stratification,Street social organization lack of development,social mobility of large-scale population is the main factor;From a market perspective,the market system is still not perfect,and stalemate among street stakeholders is the crux of the problem.Therefore,we should try to construct a multi-center governance model from the perspective of the state gradually,From the overall perspective,the overall context of the development of laojie culture is grasped,and multiple perspectives and general cognition of the complex problems are formed.In particular,the core of the government housing center plays a leading role in improving the policy and regulation system and promoting the function optimization of the management department.In order to promote the development of the old street cultural creative industry and the productive protection of old street traditional craft,this paper highlights the decisive role of the market in the allocation of old street resources.The society is the foundation of the center,which serves as the "balanceer" in nurturing the social organization of the old street and realizing the interaction between different classes.
