Explorative Discussion About The Governance Of The Risk Society In Our Country Under The Globalization Background

The concept of risk and risk partiality in modern discourse system is regarded as the starting point for the reflection of modern and theoretical research by the socialists. It was first raised by western scholars and has become the inevitable historical stage of the whole society. It is closely related to the globalization, knowledge economy and the revolution in science and technology.However, the risk society in our country is mainly caused by the socialist system. At present, unexpected encounter of the socialist system transition and the system transition is the main character of our social development. During the process, the traditional and national factors coexist with the modern and foreign factors. The contradiction and confrontation is bound to lead the devaluation and social risk. How to deal with the more and more risk under the background of the risk society will be a great problem which will influence our economic development and social stability.In view of this, research on the theory of risk society should be paid more attention to and should be deeply developed. So it can provide a kind of theory and normal guidance. This paper just makes preliminary attempt on this field.This paper mainly consists of three parts. The first part is about the systematic summary of the risk society and overall analysis of the system. This part is also the basis of the following parts which talk about the situation and the measures on the risk society. The second part mainly analyzes the state of our risk society. Only understanding the society characters, behaviors and its roots, can we make an effective, proper measure to avoid the risk. The last part is also the main part. It mainly talks about how to deal with the challenge of the risk society and explain that we should draw lessons from the international experiences and combine our own innovation and search for the governing methods suitable for our national conditions.The writer believes that the risk society in our country can be effectively dealt with under the efforts of our government and our people.
