Research On The Path Of Professional Social Workers' Participation In Urban Community Cluster Work

On February 3,2015,the central committee of the communist party of China issued by the "the CPC central committee on strengthening and improving party under the work opinion",the "opinions" is analyzed under the new situation of strengthening and improving the party's work under the importance and urgency;The construction of the group should be included in the overall plan of party building,and the system of party building and construction system should be improved,and the party construction should be built as an important part of party building responsibility system."Opinions" in service is put forward in the construction of grass-roots organization and grassroots under the work to build can meet the demand of alliance brand,promote to build wide coverage,fast and efficient service under the system.Through project recruitment,purchasing service to attract social work talent,experts and scholars,social organizations and so on force to participate in service under the work,the relevant points,with the development of social work requirements,"professional social workers and community under the" models,the combination of the two will better promote the development of the alliance work under the work because of the particularity of their work,under the background of the socialism with Chinese characteristics requires its political must keep working,keep the highly consistent with the central party committee,this also and its associated nature of work,as an important force in the service of socialism,its service and advanced nature is its biggest characteristic.Through the organic integration with "professional social workers",it will contribute to the political,advancement and service of maintaining and enhancing the work of the group.This thesis is mainly based on the author's experience in F community internship,and analyzes the basic situation of F community and the basic framework of group work through literature and field research.The author found that some of the larger problems under the urban community work,mainly includes the following aspects,first,the "lost",the main work is mainly in daily meltdown,under some of the responsible subject consciousness is not strong,the processing is also something no matter don't ask,not good to play a leading role.Two concept method is "failure",the alliance organization is a long time ago has been set up,have their own a set of working methods,but with the passage of time,prior to the effective working methods no longer applicable reality now,and some of the alliance organization still exists in these methods."Failure" three is running mechanism,under all have their own organizational structure,the organization structure is the original in order to better cooperate with the national construction,advance the construction of socialism and,for the increasingly changing social environment,the organizational structure not only can not directly solve the people's needs,it will block under the work of the organization.Four "lost" is a way of working,many staff work style,is also due to the concept of the so-called "failure" and the way.in which the ideal mode of work will not meet the social efficiency,leading to "failure".Aiming at the above problems,the author analyzes the advantages of.professional social workers' intervention,including the feasibility of the theory and the operability of the method.Then,the author of how to scientific and effective to put forward a combination method and the main path of intervention under the social work,concrete is:to actively promote work under the project operating as the center,the introduction of social work method to carry out under the service work,to promote community under the organization structure,operation mechanism,the innovation of the way to work,in order to realize the party led by work under the new situation.Specific measures to be implemented:innovation organization structure:community party committee leading,innovative work pattern.Innovation operation mechanism:attach importance to project operation and give full play to the advantages of professional social workers;Integrate community resources and establish cooperative mechanism;Strengthen professional social work norm,establish project brand.Innovative ways of working:expanding social workers and implementing contract management;Focus on online and offline,strengthen the position construction.The purpose of this paper is to explore how to effectively integrate professional social workers and urban community groups,and to make Suggestions for professional social workers to participate in group work better.
