The Study On Intervening In The Self-organization Process Of The Old In Community By The Methods Of Social Work

With the continuous improvement of people's living environment,the demand of community residents is also increasing,then the management of the elderly need to be resolved.Therefore,in order to promote the community self-organization process,we will promote community residents,especially the elderly to participate in community governance.Community residents take community organizations as a platform to participate in community life,which enhance not only their community participation,but also the capacity of residents to specify the direction.In this paper,research example is the project of regulating behavior of keeping the dog in G community.This study used participatory observation method to analysis of community elderly group self-organization process.At present,on the one hand the development of community elderly organizations face the limitation on the policy,the environment and its own ability,on the other hand the lack of management standardization,which makes it difficult in the community to establish a standardized and legal status of legitimacy.According to the problems,social workers from the perspective of energy theory,use community work methods.On the one hand it guided the elderly groups to standardize the organization and management to become a qualified community social organization,on the other hand it enhanced the organization's ability and store energy for the development of the organization.In the course of research analysis and intervention,the community elderly group realized the gradual development of the small group of loosened into a community social organization,which not only enabled the community elderly population to play heat in the later years,but also contributed to the community construction.Then,community governance has injected a new force to guide the community residents to take the path of self-governance.
