Research On Social Work Intervention For Community Neighborhood Improvement

As an important factor affecting the stability and social harmony of the community,the neighborhood relationship has been favored by sociologists since ancient times.With the development of the market economy and the change of social conditions since the reform and opening up,the neighborly relations between the traditional neighborhood and the help have gradually become loose,insipid and indifferent.Because the social negative influence brought by the indifference of the neighborhood is becoming more and more popular,the distant past seems to be a distant past.But community as the people of the life that occupy the home field,the neighborhood of regional natural advantages,under the big background changes people for the harmonious and friendly neighborhood is still desire,people for the pursuit of better homes has not changed.Helping each other and good-neighborly and friendly neighborhood relationship,not only provide a livable for people living environment,and individual body and mind settle habitats,is conducive to the improvement of people's life quality,improve happiness,also good for the community stability and social harmony,benefit and reasonably.With the continuous development of social work in recent years,social workers as a professional service provider,timely understanding of the social problems,to step in and solve problems,is of great significance to the improvement of the current cold neighborhood.As one of the three direct service methods of social work of the team work,its form and content in the continuous development and improvement,in this paper,the design team work activity plan to lay the foundation to solve the problem.In hefei F community,for example,this paper for the research goals and objectives:first,to have know about the present situation of community neighborhood relationship,by household visits,questionnaire survey methods such as data collection,combined with the existing research,the author analyzes the reasons of influence the neighborhood relationship,combining the theory of professional social work methods,skills,and actively looking for a response,provided a basis for later team work;Followed by the development team activity,create more opportunities and platform for residents from strange to know,from the understanding to the familiar,the group activity achievements spread,by point DaiDongMian,to active the atmosphere of whole community neighborhood close to,and actively mobilize community resources,and extensive use of the existing community organizations arouse the enthusiasm of people to achieve early preset goals;Finally is consolidate the previous achievements,through the concept of propaganda and education for the community members,to encourage community neighborhood to interact,cultivate harmonious community concept,so that the community residents from the bottom of identity,consciously build good relations of neighborhood community.
