Research On Social Work Intervened In Urban Communities Neighborhood Disputes

With the acceleration of industrialization,marketization and urbanization,the interests of all social classes have diversified,and conflicts,disputes and conflicts between various groups have occurred from time to time,and cities have gradually become the gathering places of social risks and social disputes.In recent years,the government has continuously strengthened the requirements for the modernization of social governance in the city,and paid more attention to the grassroots governance of safe communities,safe communities and safe families,which has important guiding significance for improving people’s happiness in life and promoting social harmony,development and stability.Different from other civil disputes,neighbor disputes are subject to a certain geographical space.In the process of mediation,in addition to focusing on the fairness of the argument,it is also necessary to take into account the recovery of neighbors’ emotionalism,conflict prevention and individualized counseling.This study relies on the “Harmony Lane” community dispute mediation service project carried out by G Street in W City,collects relevant empirical data,and explores the multi-level factors that cause the current urban community-neighborhood relationship problems.Due to factors such as the enhancement of individual independence consciousness,the change of community living structure,the transformation of social life style,and the intersection of community resources and interests,etc.The relationship between neighbors in modern society is constantly affected,resulting in the increasingly narrowing of neighborhood concerns among community neighbors,poor interaction between neighbors,secondary communication between neighbors and frequent disputes between neighbors.Through the methods of questionnaire survey and in-depth interviews,the need for efficient resolution and long-term prevention of social work intervention in neighborhood disputes is clarified,and the necessity and feasibility of social work intervention in neighborhood dispute mediation are explained.The professional value concept of the company promotes the neighborhood care,and uses professional methods to ensure the personalized needs of services.Select a typical urban community neighborhood dispute case for casework intervention,use crisis intervention theory and cognitive behavior theory as a guide,formulate a specific mediation plan,prevent and resolve community neighborhood conflicts in a flexible way,pay attention to the individual characteristics of cases,and fully Giving space for both neighbors to express their rights,obligations and demands helps to deeply grasp the focus and dilemma of conflicts,tap the potential of the client,promote the effective resolution of neighbor conflicts and relationship repair,and focus on preventing and reducing the breeding of conflicts from the source,to achieve the effect of helping others to help themselves.The intervention of social work makes up for the limitation of “result-oriented” in traditional neighborhood conflict and dispute mediation,which not only meets the diversified requirements of my country’s current dispute mediation mechanism,but also broadens the localization development path of social work.
