Research On The Social Work Practice Of Neighborhood Relations Improvement Under The Background Of Five Social Linkages

Due to the diversity of people’s values and interests,people’s living pattern has changed from the traditional acquaintance society to the modern community.The spatial structure separates people from each other,and the simple and warm neighborhood relationship in the agricultural society has suffered more impact.As a result,the two neighborhood theory of "benevolence,national treasure" and "disaster relief for neighbors,road,road is blessed" has been ignored by people.Due to the conflicts of interests such as property rights,right of way,parking rights,the neighborhood contradictions become more intense,and the phenomenon of seeking distance when encountering difficulties is more and more.Therefore,it is particularly important to break the communication barriers between neighbors,meet people’s yearning for a better life,build a social support network between neighbors,carry out a variety of community activities,build a platform for interaction between neighbors,enhance the frequency of interaction between neighbors,and improve neighborhood relations.This study community "good-neighborly space" project in suzhou changshu H as an example,according to the survey to know H community are due to historical and economic situation,the H community residents exist complex population structure,level of education,household nationality difference,income difference,and so on different situation,present a low familiarity,neighborhood interaction among community residents to stay in the superficial,The overall neighborhood is indifferent and alienated.However,through the survey,we know that residents are highly tolerant of each other’s differences and have the willingness to interact with neighbors.Community,social workers,social organizations,volunteers,community charity resources to meet the needs of residents communication,relying on projects,using the method of group work and community work,explore the background of "linkage of the five communities",to create a harmonious neighborhood social work model.The research finds that: under the guidance of social interaction theory,social work with the background of "linkage of five social associations",combined with the regional development model,using professional social work practice methods such as residents’ awareness meeting,can promote the improvement of neighborhood relations in urban communities.The author introduced regional development model to guide the social work intervention of neighborhood practice,under the background of the "five social linkage",social work united community,volunteers,interactive cooperation community charities,social organizations,from the emotional needs of the residents to his neighbors,to carry out the neighborhood interaction platform building,volunteer team construction and a series of intervention of social work offline community activities,Encourage residents to participate in community activities,thus activating the neighborhood communication atmosphere in the community,so as to enhance residents’ sense of belonging and identity to the community.Combined with the practice,this paper analyzes the role,relationship and function orientation of "Five social associations" in neighborhood relationship improvement,and provides reference for the practical application of "five social associations" in neighborhood relationship improvement in other urban communities.
