The basic purpose of online games is to play games,but we are in the age of social media.Mobile games have the social nature and become social media.As the most popular mobile game,King of Glory has attracted the attention of all sectors of society.People's Daily published three comments on it,and the Southern Metropolis Daily,sina.com and WeChat public Numbers also continued to pay attention to its social functions.According to statistics,one out of every seven people in the country by June this year was the summoner of King of Glory.Thus,the social nature of mobile game has attracted wide attention.I have more than 10 years as a network game players experience,gradually found in the process of game not only can it bring me joy,also let me know a lot of friends in the game,to expand the scope of my interpersonal communication.The King of Glory game players competitive and communication between the inside and outside all of the scene,blurring the boundaries between games and life,the human activities in the real life and wade through the game world,made itself from a pure game site into a platform to build and maintain social relations.Therefore,the thesis focuses on the interpersonal communication in the virtual social platform of online games on mobile game with the example of King of Glory as an example.This paper will be from the perspective of communication.,on the basis of network game information,literature review,this paper USES the participatory observation,depth interview,questionnaire and literature analysis method is intuitive and deep into the mobile gaming social situation of the king of glory.In this paper,we discuss the following questions:Then,the author launches the analysis from the following three aspects of interpersonal communication have features of network game".1.How the king of glory step by step to become a social medium,how can virtual and real world architecture become possible?2.By using questionnaires to investigate the characteristics of players' game behavior and game motivation,interpersonal communication and intimacy.3.Conducted in-depth interviews with users of king's glory to explore the interpersonal communication behind the game,and how to become a social platform and what roles it plays in the development of interpersonal relationship.Games and culture are permeated with each other,and online games are also a cultural carrier.When the game users play online games,they will also be influenced by the world outlook,outlook on life and values in the game.Based on the imagination and needs of social interaction,users enter the mobile phone network games.After being identified with other participants,they construct their social circle and gradually develop into the real world.In the end,mobile games integrate virtual and real social networks.As a network game that breaks the ice point of interpersonal relationship,it also enables them to build their own social network during the game while satisfying the entertainment needs of users.Therefore,mobile network game has become a tool for users' emotional communication and interpersonal communication.Online games are an extension of people and a medium of interpersonal communication.In the modern fast-paced lifestyle,audiences cannot maintain their relationship with their friends through letters,phone calls and meetings.But online games can be a way for them to maintain their emotions,and they can interact and increase intimacy during the game.To sum up,the fundamental purpose of game users playing online games is no longer entertainment;But from the perspective of interpersonal communication,in order to have a common topic with friends,through the game to maintain the relationship with friends.Secondly,through the investigation of theory and practice,it is found that online games become the medium of social interaction,which is conducive to consolidating and sublimating the emotions between players.In addition,online games have an impact on users' real life,such as:negative evaluation in the game can affect the players' real emotions;The game pays attention to the construction of the self,cares about other people's evaluation and so on.Online game,represented by King of Glory,is not only an entertainment,but also a communication medium.
