Research On Audience Satisfaction Of Henan Jianye Football Club From The Perspective Of WSR

Based on the WSR methodology,this paper studies the audience satisfaction of Henan Jianye football club.From the three aspects of physics,reason and person,this paper makes a survey and analysis of the satisfaction of watching the football club in Henan,and analyses the audience satisfaction of the football club of Jianye football club,and analyzes its main influence factors and how to improve the organization of sports events.Site audience satisfaction and loyalty suggestions.The overall satisfaction of Henan Jianye club's home games is 3.396,the standard deviation is 1.140,and the variance is 1.299.In the overall two level index system,the following are the competition atmosphere(3.52)> competition environment(3.456)> schedule,relevant policy provisions(3.44)> performance(3.358)> coaches,referees' performance(3.315)> club environment(3.29).The overall index system analysis,the six dimensions of the indicators are not good,especially the club itself has a serious shortage of environmental construction,the satisfaction is very low.From the WSR perspective,the degree of satisfaction in the physical environment is 3.373,the satisfaction based on the circumstances is 3.48,and the satisfaction based on the human environment is 3.3365.The satisfaction degree of people's index is the lowest,and the satisfaction index of reason is the highest.It shows that in the management and operation of the club,people can not play the initiative,in many aspects of the human factors need to be promoted,including the performance of the athletes,the performance of the referees,and the service of the personnel.For this reason,this paper puts forward suggestions on physical dimension: enrich the supporting services of venues and surrounding areas,and create a good image of the club.On the basis of the suggestions: improve the service level of the club,set up the feedback mechanism of the audience service,improve the level of the competition organization and improve the operation efficiency.Based on the human rationale,we should improve the quality,level and level of the competition and cultivate the loyalty of the fans.
