Study On Ideological Security Of Universities In New Media Era

Ideological work is an extremely important work of our party.Ideological security concerns the future and destiny of our party and success of our country's great socialist cause.As base for fostering future party and nation builders,Universities is an area where our party places great emphasis on ideological work.College students are main part of universities,their level of ideological and political accomplishment decides the future and destiny of our party and success of our country's great socialist cause.This shows that universities have a crucial position in the ideological system developed by the party and the state.In today's new media environment,the growth of information shows an explosive trend.Various ideas have emerged around the world,greatly affected the ideology and behavior of college teachers and students,also impacts on China's mainstream ideology.In such an environment,how to do ideological work in universities has become a key.To our universities,we must firmly hold the leadership in the ideological field in our hands,strengthen the construction of new media theory and uphold the guiding position of Marxism in the field of new media.Universities should consider supervision as a starting point for ideological work.Enhance the mobility of ideological workers,constructs its own characteristics of a socialist university and professional ideological security work team and platform.Fully and effectively promote the development of ideology in Universities.This requires that our college educators must be good at using new media.Find a new way to maintain ideology security in universities to make ideological work works well in the new media era.The first part of this paper mainly analyzes and studies the era background of the problem,the research significance of this article and the progress of related on the research at home and abroad.The second part introduces the concept of ideology,in particular,the basic content of Marxist ideology,new media concept,categories and propagation characteristics.The third part analyzes dialectically the opportunities and challenges brought by the new media to the ideological work in colleges and universities.Finally,it puts forward specific opinions and suggestions on the development of ideological work in colleges and universities.
