With the continuous development of information technology,the application of information technology in education has been continuously improved both at home and abroad.Since the 18 th CPC National Congress,China explicitly proposes the implementation of innovation-driven development strategies,"Internet plus education" at the right time,It is an inevitable trend of educational reform and development,and it is also an urgent need for achieving sustainable development of education,one-to-one digital teaching is the most significant manifestation of this concept.Under the one-to-one digital teaching environment,primary and secondary school teachers’ teaching methods directly reflect the digital teaching ability of teachers,and at the same time,they reflect the level of professional development of teachers.One-to-one digital teaching ability of primary and secondary school teachers is to develop a pair of premise and basis of a digital teaching,One-to-one digital teaching ability will directly affect the effect of one-to-one digital teaching,and participation in related training is one of the most effective ways to improve its ability.Therefore,it is necessary to carry out relevant research on the training of primary and middle school teachers’ one-to-one digital teaching ability.This study used four methods: literature analysis,questionnaire survey,interview survey,and observation,the object of the investigation is the primary and secondary school teachers who have carried out one to one digital teaching,the purpose of the investigation is to summarize the status of primary and secondary school teachers’ one to one digital teaching ability.This study first introduces the research background,research status,research purpose and significance,content and methods of research,and related theoretical foundations of the primary and middle school teachers’ one-to-one digital teaching ability training.This part is an important part of the literature analysis and conclusion.Then it will investigate the status of one-to-one digital teaching ability among primary and secondary school teachers,combine the content of literature research,formulate questionnaires,and design interview outlines.Combining one-to-one digital teaching outstanding class examples,the present status of primary and secondary school teachers’ one-to-one digital teaching ability is understood from multiple perspectives.According to the literature,questionnaire,interview,and observation methods,the factors that affect the one-to-one digital teaching ability of primary and secondary school teachers are analyzed,and the influencing factors are combined to arrive at a solution.Through research,it is concluded that the one-to-one digital teaching philosophy is weak,the basic operation skills of information technology are not high,and the one-to-one digital teaching design ability is not strong,which is the main reason that restricts primary and secondary school teachers’ one-to-one digital teaching ability.Finally,based on these constraints,under the relevant guiding principles and design principles,a one-to-one digital teaching ability training program for primary and secondary school teachers was designed.
