With the development of science and technology, traditional story form has undergone major reforms. With the recent popularity of DV and digital cameras, multimedia software, pop, Digital Storytelling was born. Digital Storytelling is actually the story of multimedia tools such as pictures, sound, video, animation, and web publishing and the arts, etc. got together. It is a way to tell the ancient story of a new way of art and multimedia technologies, and by the majority of Educators attention and favor. According to the literature study found that digital story has been applied to teaching, respect Contest and moral education of students, etc. And used in teacher development rare. Based on the needs of the curriculum reform and teachers’ development, we guide the design and production of digital stories, teaching mainly task-driven teaching methods.This study applied Action Research of digital story design and application implementation three iterations. In the first round, we completed the Digital Storytelling’s instructional design, overall design, manufacture and application of feedback obtained through interviews with major figures involved in the story of educational, narrative, technical, artistic and creative aspects of five content, and summed up the process of making a digital story problems and make recommendations. According to the first round of application feedback, the Digital Storytelling’s instructional design and overall design amendment, and the production and application of the second round, with the first round of the same form of interview feedback. And we summed some principles of creating Digital Storytelling. Then according to the second round of feedback, we used the Digital Storytelling to the third round, using questionnaires to participating in the training of teachers in the investigation. After three rounds of design and application, we summed up the effectiveness of the application of digital story:improved awareness of teamwork and cooperation of school teachers; promoting more intelligently school teachers and depth of learning; improving the Teachers’ Information Literacy and media literacy, educational technology capability, while promoting the professional development of teachers in primary and secondary school teachers.
