With the development of modern medical technology,the clinical cure rate of cancer is increasing,and the survival time of cancer patients has been prolonged.At the same time,the global rate of cancer diagnosis is showing a rapid trend and the number of cancer patients is increasing at an alarming rate.Therefore,the demand for the recovery of cancer patients is increasing,we should pay more attention to it.The study of domestic and foreign have found that the curative effect of cancer patients in recovery period is directly or indirectly related to emotional and psychological factor,while the emergence of negative emotions and psychology is mostly related to the perceived stress.In recent years,mindfulness training has been applied to the auxiliary work of medical treatment as an important psychological intervention mode.Mindfulness refers to the way in which a person focuses on the internal and external experiences of the present with no critical.This research mainly uses MBSR and the skills of team work to intervene the convalescent cancer patients of a cancer rehabilitation association in N city.This paper attempts to explore the effect of mindfulness-based stress reduction on the perceived stress of convalescent cancer patients,with a view to providing ideas for the social work intervention practice of convalescent cancer patients.This study was based on the eight weeks class of MBSR and the design of group activities from six aspects of "eyes,ear,nose,the tongue,body and mind".To verify the intervention effect,we used FFMQ and CPSS to test the team members.After the test,we used SPSS 22.0 to matching sample T test.The results showed that the average score of post-test scores of the group members reached 97.5,which was significantly better than that of the previous test(M=74.9),and there was a significant difference in the level of mindfulness of the group(T=-11.22).P = 0.00<0.05).At the same time,the level of perceived stress was also significantly improved(from M=80 to M=40.4),the perceived stress level of the group members was also significantly different(T=11.8;P = 0.00<0.05).In addition,the harvest of the group members can sum up in the following six aspects:the sleep quality improves,self-esteem,focus on the present,improving interpersonal relationship and learn to use advantage perspective on problems,the way to relax.The results of this study show that the mindfulness-based reduction group can effectively improve the level of mindfulness and reduce the perceived stress of convalescent cancer patients.Mindfulness training and team work in combination with practical operability and have a good intervention effect.The mindfulness-based reduction group is superior to the intervention of convalescent cancer patients.
