Case Work To Reduce Spouse Stress Of Cancer Patients

Based on the ecosystem theory,this paper mainly discusses the practical application of case work in alleviating spouse pressure of cancer patients,the effectiveness of intervention and the shortcomings.In terms of research ideas,the author makes a specific analysis of a case to show the specific practice process of case work in alleviating spouse pressure of cancer patients.This article mainly divides into three parts: the first part is the introduction of the basic situation of cancer patients' spouses,analyzing their problems and needs;the second part is the specific analysis of the service process of case work in alleviating the pressure of cancer patients' spouses;the third part is the summary of the intervention process,reflecting on the problems,difficulties and shortcomings in the practical process and putting forward feasible suggestions for the existing shortcomings.Through the research,it is found that the stress problem of cancer patients' spouses is due to the imbalance of their interaction with the social environment and the obstacle or insufficiency of resources access,which leads to psychological pressure,physiological pressure and economic pressure on them.Therefore,social work is mainly involved in micro-system,meso-system and macro-system,that is,taking the individual,family and community as the starting point.The main resources of this process integration are community workstations,social health centers,Huimin Service Club,peer groups,community volunteers and so on.The conclusion is that the intervention of case work can solve the most practical problems in the shortest time.Social workers play multiple roles in case work,such as energizer,planner,consultant and problem solver.Social workers' professional competence,professional authority and professional ethics are important factors that restrict their role.At the same time,case work needs a perfect social welfare system to support,but the social welfare system in China is still not perfect.Finally,it is suggested that social workers constantly improve their abilities and accumulate more social practice experience;social work institutions need to provide adequate community and government resources to strive for more resources for social workers to carry out services;the government needs to constantly improve the social welfare system;the whole society needs to actively carry out death education.
