In the process of Hospice which author participate in to provide cancer patients' family physical and spiritual aspects of the service,using the case method of social work for family interview egotism.Through interviews,social workers learned that cancer patients facing severe physical pain and psychological pressure,and cancer primary caregivers due to bear the pressure in the process of care and produce the bad feelings such as depression,anxiety,for the main caregivers of the body and mind health caused great threat.The main caregivers bear the burden of care,which makes them hard to take care of more focused on their own and seek ways to relieve their emotion and stress.Cancer patients condition and emotional expression for the major caregivers.There is,at the same time,caregivers to take care of the skills and emotional expression of cancer patients also have a reverse effect.The author hopes that by Hospice services platform,recruit group members,using the method of group work as the main caregivers to provide professional services,designed to reduce the pressure on the care,catharsis to take care of the mood,promote the increasing ability of the individual and personal growth,so as to make the caregivers provide better terminal services to cancer patients.In the process of group activities,the author found that because caregivers bear almost all take care of the task,team activity time is limited by the great,and liquidity of team members is very strong,so the team activities planning also has a big difficulty.Because,on the other hand,team members generally because they take part in group activities and not in the patient's side,guilt,so when to stay involved in group activities to take care of the skills of learning requires strong,poses challenges to the general process for group activities.After repeated demand for team members to evaluate,modified many times the content of the group activities.However,as a result of the existence of the above a variety of special factors,the team development inevitably has some defects: one is the limitation of professional ability,the author at the time of carrying out group work content can't be increase or decrease and transformation of the random strain;The other is event effect remains to be improved,team member of team to participate in disequilibrium,there were notable share too much,and some people do not have effective to participate in the group to the situation.However,in general,team work for cancer patients marked achievements were scored in the major caregivers of intervention,according to the questionnaire survey data show that in addition to economic pressure,all aspects of the psychological pressure got effective relief,at the same time,the group work intervention to improve the processing techniques of group members of the family relations,to promote the family harmony.
