Research On The Performance Evaluation Of Research Projects Of Higher Vocational Colleges Based On BSC

As an important part of higher education,the higher occupation education plays an important role in high-level application-oriented talents training and social services,but also occupies an increasingly important position in the national scientific research and scientific and technological innovation.Through the performance evaluation of scientific research projects,it can improve the level of scientific research management in higher vocational colleges,feedback the specific implementation of scientific research projects,and it is also an important measure to improve the scientific research ability of Higher Vocational colleges.Taking SC Career Technical College as an example,this paper focuses on the performance evaluation of its research projects from 2013 to 2016.First of all,based on the extensive research on performance evaluation of scientific research projects at home and abroad,and the theory of performance evaluation,using the principle of Balanced Scorecard and the questionnaire survey of experts,the performance evaluation system of scientific research projects is constructed.Under the strategic objective of SC Career Technical College,the system sets up 16 three level evaluation indicators from four dimensions of finance,efficiency,business process,learning and growth.Secondly,the consistency test is carried out with the analytic hierarchy process(AHP),and the relative weight of each index is determined by combining the judgment matrix results given by experts.Finally,taking SC Career Technical College as an example,the data of ten scientific research projects are evaluated,the evaluation results are analyzed,and some suggestions are put forward.
