The Case Study On Career Development Of Kindergarten Physical Education Teacher

Teacher career development runs through the whole career of kindergarten physical education teachers.The professional practice of kindergarten physical education teachers is not only the logical starting point and growth foundation of the professional development of kindergarten physical education teachers,but also the value embodiment of the life significance of kindergarten physical education teachers.Therefore,only proved the development of kindergarten physical education teachers practice mechanism and procedure can reveal the inherent logic of kindergarten physical education teachers' professional development;clarify the kindergarten physical education teachers' professional development path independently.In this study,A teacher of B kindergarten in S city was selected as the research object,and the practical process of child sports in kindergarten was recorded and described and the case study was carried out.Research mainly adopts the research methods such as interview method,observation method to truly present as a kindergarten physical education teachers(not preschool education professional)experience all kinds of pressure and trouble at work,and through his own reflection and comprehension in practice to find the road of their own career development process.This study is divided into six parts: the first part is the question which is elaborated from the research background,research significance,literature review,etc;The second part is the research design,from the research purpose,the research content,the research object,the research method and so on to explain;The third to the fifth part are the detailed description about the teacher career development practice of the kindergarten physical education teacher A,from preparation to induction,from adapt to the development,from stagnation to move forward by recording cases to show the professional development of teachers A rockytransition;The sixth part is the inspiration and reflection on the career development path of kindergarten physical education teachers,in order to help the career path of the kindergarten physical education teacher more and more smoothly.
