New curriculum lacks "research-type" teachers.With the continuous reform and innovation of Chinese education,art education in Normal Universities and middle school is developing on the whole.However,in the environment of the exam-oriented education,there still exists some problems in practice,such as the imbalance of teaching resources,lack of enough teachers,the pressure of the exam-oriented education,students’ and parents’ incorrect education idea,art students in Normal Universities’ basic quality and teaching ability.All of these restricts the fine arts education’s development.Especially in the environment of the exam-oriented education,rural middle school’s art education can hardly get the same attention as the other subjects.It is mostly regarded as a kind of interest.Art teaching is not being paid attention to,and the teaching resources of education are generally low,which seriously affects the normal art teaching activities.So,the development of art education still has a long way to go.How to solve the current teaching resources of education and the cultivation of teachers is the key to continue the teaching of education.And as a result,based on the investigation and study of an university teaching and in rural middle schools’ art education,the author makes some reasonable Suggestions to help normal art students act as a teacher with less difficulties and actively take part in the work of teaching.Besides,theses suggestions can offer middle school students a good condition to study fine arts curriculum,better accept the fine arts education.What’s more,it actively responds to Xi Jinping’s call in The 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China and is beneficial to realize the change of exam-oriented education to quality education and build a strengthen country with socialism culture.This research is divided into five parts: the first part including the first chapter and introduction,which summarizes the main research reason,theoretical background,theoretical value and application value,research status and development trend at home and abroad,as well as clear the purpose of research and content.The second part,chapter two,it not only establishes the importance of the art education teaching concept but also analyzes the function and development trend of education and summarizes the influence of education on middle school students.The third part,namely the third and fourthchapter,is based on the author’s teaching experience and investigation to analysis on the present situation of art education students and middle school art education and analysis the cause of the problem according to practices,look for the relationship between them,so as to achieve the effective connection.The fourth part,chapter five,is the epilogue.This part concludes the topic,the significance and the future research of this topic.
