At present, the aging of population continues to deepen, and the nursing care problem has gradually become the theme of the development of the new era.According to the latest statistics of the elderly population released by the National Bureau of Statistics in 2018,by the end of 2017,China's population aged 60 and over was 2,490,000,accounting for 17.3% of the total population.Among them, the population aged 65 and over was 15.83 million, accounting for 11.4% of the total population.According to data released by the National Bureau of Statistics in the past two years, the speed of aging has accelerated. In addition, with the continuous development of the social economy, the family structure is becoming more and more compact, and the function of home care is also weakening. In addition, the cost of care for the elderly is rising, which makes the long-term care insurance system work in our country's pilot work.At present, there are not many domestic studies on long-term care insurance purchase intentions, and there are less literatures on the education human capital's long-term care insurance purchase intention. This paper, from the perspective of education human capital, discusses the direction and extent of its influence on long-term care insurance purchase intentions, and explains the reasons for the different levels of influence.Based on the research background, this paper analyzes the impact of education human capital on long-term care insurance purchase intention.First, introduce the relevant concepts and theories of this research, and summarize the existing literature at home and abroad.Secondly, this article discusses the relationship between education human capital and residents' long-term care insurance purchase intentions.Using the micro data of field surveys in 2017,according to a theoretical selection model, this article use Logit model to measure the purchase intention of education human capital for long-term care insurance. The direction and degree of influence are further increased, and the incremental multivariate method is used to solve the problem of multicollinearity between sample explanatory variables, which improves the accuracy of the estimated coefficient. In addition,in order to examine whether the impact of education human capital on individuals is different in terms of gender, age, and type of residence, this study also divided groups to compare the direction and extent of education human capital influence on long-term care insurance purchase intention. The study found that, first, the human capital for education has significantly increased residents' willingness to purchase long-term care insurance.Second, there is a gender difference in the influence of education human capital on long-term care insurance purchase intention, that is,the impact on female residents is greater than that of male residents.Third, there is a difference in the degree of influence of educational human capital on the long-term care insurance purchase intention, that is,the impact on the residents aged 20 to 40 is greater than that of residents of other age groups.Fourth, the impact of education human capital on the purchase intention of long-term care insurance exists with differences in household registration, that is,the impact on rural residents is greater than that of urban residents.Based on the above research findings and in light of the social development situation in China, this article proposes to increase the people's willingness to purchase long-term care insurance from the following five aspects.First, increase the investment in government education funds to ensure a stable source of funding for education.Second, universally popularize the 12-year compulsory education to improve the educational level of the people.Third, continuously raise awareness of public participation and strengthen the concept of public nursing insurance.Fourth, speed up the construction of professional nursing teams and improve the quality of nursing services.Fifth, establish a multi-channel financing mechanism to ensure the independent development of the long-term care insurance system.
