A Research On Social Work Intervention For Community Correction Of Juvenile Delinquency

In view of the increasingly serious phenomenon of juvenile delinquency,how to rectify the behavior of juvenile delinquency and minimize its negative impact has become the focus of social attention.Through more than 10 years of theoretical research and practical exploration,the advantage of community correction as a non custodial penalty gradually highlights.With the continuous deepening of the practice of community correction,scholars' theoretical exploration and practical experience for community correction are becoming more and more mature.However,from the perspective of social work,there are relatively few cases involving the community correction of juvenile delinquency.According to the practice during the acceptance of minor correction objects as an example,through access to information,services,case interviews,observation group activities,community work and other methods,based on the existing problems of the correction object,make plan corrective services accordingly,finally make corrections gradually returning to normal life,return and reintegration into society.From the perspective of social work,this paper analyzes the advantages and necessity of social work in minor community correction,and explores how to make social work more effectively intervene in juvenile community correction combined with practical cases.In this paper,the study of community correction for the social work involved in the crime of juvenile delinquency is divided into four parts,the main structure is as follows:The first part mainly introduces the policy and legal background and realistic social background of juvenile community correction,the theoretical significance and practical significance of the research,the research summary and research ideas and methods at home and abroad.The second part firstly analyzes the reasons for minor crime,types,characteristics and hazards,and then analyzed the current situation of juvenile crime made the community correction and the existing problems,finally from three aspects of theory,value idea and practice of social work methods advantages and necessity of research on juvenile community corrective intervention.The third part is the social work involved in juvenile community correction practice case analysis,introduces the social workers through professional case work,group work,community work,planned and targeted intervention of juvenile community correction practice cases experience.The fourth part reflects on the practice cases,and analyzes the shortcomings of the current social work intervention in the minor community corrections.At the same time,it puts forward the optimization strategies and suggestions based on the practice.
