Research On Social Work Intervention In Community Correction Of Criminal Minors

The problem of juvenile delinquency has always been a social focus.Juvenile delinquency has certain social harmfulness,and the means and types of crime are diverse.How to effectively correct the behavior of juvenile delinquents and reduce their negative impact has become the focus of social attention.After a long period of practice,the advantages of community correction as a non-imprisonment correction model have become increasingly prominent,and social workers,as the backbone of the correction team,also play an increasingly important role.Since the trial implementation of community correction in 2003,social workers have played an increasingly important role as a professional force in community correction.The theory and methods of social work have also been applied to the community correction of juvenile delinquents.In this paper,the object of correction received by X Community QSN Social Work Service Center is taken as the research object.By using the methods of case work and community work,the author formulates the corresponding correction plan aiming at the problems existing in the corrected object,and finally makes the corrected object successfully correct the bad behavior and return to the society smoothly.Finally,through the analysis of practical cases,this paper summarizes the problems of social work intervention in community correction of juvenile delinquents and puts forward relevant suggestions.The paper is divided into six parts.The introduction systematically elaborates the research background,significance,literature review and theoretical basis of community correction for juvenile delinquents.The first chapter analyses the types and causes of juvenile delinquency,and concludes that the types of juvenile delinquency are diversified and the causes of crimeare complicated.Then the second chapter summarizes the needs of juvenile delinquents in the correction according to the relevant information and the research object of practice.Chapter three puts forward the feasibility and necessity of social work intervention in community correction of juvenile delinquency.Chapter IV is the core part of this paper.In the process of research,the author takes the general process model of social work to intervene in a research object.From the perspective of social support theory,the author establishes a social support network for the case-holder,thus helping him successfully complete the correction and maintain the change,which has certain significance for preventing the re-offence of juveniles and returning to society smoothly.The fifth chapter is the reflection and summary part,which summarizes the problems found by the author in the research process and puts forward relevant suggestions.
