Research On Problems And Countermeasures Of Social Work Institutions To Build Community Social Organizations

China is currently in the period of social transformation,the development in the new era of social contradictions changed,people yearning for a better life needs of countries by taking various measures to grow with each passing day,in politics and economy,culture and society,promote the development and improvement of life.But at the same time,various problems also appeared.How to solve the social contradictions and problems brought by development requires both the ability and wisdom of the governor and the coordination of all kinds of social forces.It is related to the long-term stability of the country that the social responsibility is shared by the multiple subjects,the social contradictions and the social problems are solved.As one of the multiple subjects,social organizations are playing an increasingly indispensable role in resolving social contradictions and solving social problems.The government should strengthen the supervision and guidance to social organizations,and transfer some functions of social public services to social work organizations,such as social service organizations,through the government's purchase services,and in the form of project cooperation,and actively create a good social environment to promote the development of social organizations.Social institutions and community social organizations as part of a social organization,in which social institutions often by the government to undertake the purchase of the project,to foster community social organizations,and actively foster the development of community social organizations to assist the project type,community social organization registration,provide professional guidance and promotion ability etc..In order to better understand the social institutions to foster community social organizations,the author went to M social work agency,to carry out a period of three months of internship,focusing on social institutions to develop mechanism and practice of community social organization of research,collection of relevant literature,access to social institutions archives through home visits and forum etc.with the project of social workers and community social organizations responsible for the exchange,according to the problems found and put forward countermeasures and suggestions.This article mainly includes five parts:The first part,introduction.The main contents include the origin of the study,the purpose and significance of the study,the research method and the theoretical perspective,the literature review and the definition of the core concept.Through literature review,the research status of social organization and community social organization development and the research status of social organization for community social organizations are analyzed.The second part,the social organization of social organizations to cultivate community social organization status analysis.Combing social institutions to foster community social organizations to carry out the work,the main contents include the basic situation of M social work services,M social work services cultivation of community social organization and the specific work carried out,and the analysis of M social work services training mechanism,community social organization development process and practice of social work carried out.The third part is the analysis of the dilemma of social organizations in social organizations.The difficulties are discussed mainly from the aspects of capital,social work institutions and the relationship between government and community social organizations,the management of social work institutions and the training of social work talents.The fourth part is to encourage social organizations to foster community social organizations.The development of community social organizations should be accelerated mainly from the aspects of strengthening the policy,strengthening the management of social workers and improving the talent system.The last part,the conclusion.It is emphasized that the important role of social organizations in the social organization of community should be further developed.
